Apres 1150 km au Vietnam, nous sommes arrives a Khe Shan, lieu ayant joue un role important durant la guerre. La ville, comme toute la region, est plonge dans un brouillard epais. Nous avons passe les 3 derniers jours dans la brume. Mais la traversee du Vietnam par les terres au travers des 'Highlands' n'en fut pas moins extraordinaire! Quel decor, vegetation luxuriante, relief accidente, chutes et cascades, brouillard, glissements de terrain ...
Nous sommes actuellement proche du point de frontiere avec le Laos. Le passage est prevu pour demain. Mais ... avant de franchir cette frontiere, nous profitons des agreables surprises que nous offrent le Nouvel Chinois, egalement celebre au Vietnam.

After 1150 km in Vietnam, we just arrived at Khe Shan, a place that played an important role during the war. The city, as the whole region, is immersed in a thick fog. We spent the last 3 days in the mist. But the crossing of Vietnam by land through the 'Highlands' was nevertheless extraordinary! What an amazing decor, lush vegetation, rugged terrain, waterfalls, fog, landslides ...
We are now close to the border with Laos. The crossover is expected for tomorrow. But ... before crossing the border, we enjoy the pleasant surprises that offer us the Chinese New Year, also celebrate in Vietnam.
